Has a watching brief on the developing Equalities legislation, especially regarding gender and belief, and runs training on these issues.

Is the Cambridge Education@Islington Officer at Islington SACRE.

Works with Cambridge Education @ Islington colleagues to help promote good practice at primary-secondary transfer.

Assists in delivering the Language in Learning Across the Curriculumn (LILAC) Course

Helps schools develop effective strategies for working with minority ethnic parents and community groups in order to promote partnership with schools to support pupils' learning

Organises and contributes to INSET relating to minority ethnic achievement, especially in the social and emotional aspects of learning (SEAL) in promoting resilience and developing personal learning and thinking skills (PLTS).
