Rahma's Profile

Rahma has worked as a staff trainer for Whitbread for 8 years and managed a site branch. She obtained a B.A. in Business, Tourism and Management at Thames Valley University.

Rahma has worked on an anti-social behaviour project in Islington and is now working for EMAS as a Bilingual Community Officer’s Co-ordinator. She is also our KS2 Somali Project Manager which aims to raise achievement levels in Somali pupils.

"I have been working for the Ethnic Minority Achievement Services (EMAS) for about 2 years and a half. I have seen the achievement of the community I come from. My main goal is raising the achievement of somali tudents,educating parents to support their children and also encouraging them to be part of the education system."
