Yvette's Profile

Yvette began her teaching career in a Special residential school (EBD). Her career path has been varied with experiences of working in mainstream secondary schools in both England and Botswana and for LEA's (Waltham
Forest, Haringey and Islington) focusing on raising the academic achievement of African Caribbean students.

Yvette also has experience of addressing the educational needs of children/young people in local authority care and students with English as An Additional Language

Current Projects

  1. Intervention Projects for targeted students. These are bespoke packages for:
    1. academically underachieving or
    2. challenging behaviour
  2. Global School Partnerships
  3. BACA: Network of Black Achievement Consultants and Advisors
